Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations received on or before May 15th, 2027 will be eligible for a 70% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received between May 16th and June 10th, 2027 will be eligible for a 40% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 10th, 2027.
Please note that:

An administrative fee is included in the retained amount.

Refunds will be processed after the conference using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Transfer of Registration
Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost until June 20th, 2027, provided that the Conference Secretariat is informed in advance and all relevant participant details are supplied.
