Type of Submission
The conference welcomes submissions across research, applied practice, and interdisciplinary perspectives in sport and exercise psychology.
Symposium (3-4 individual presentations – 60 minutes)
A symposium consists of 3-4 individual presentations organised around a common theme, offering complementary perspectives on a specific topic. Each symposium is allocated 60 minutes, including time for discussion. A symposium chair is responsible for coordinating the session.
Single Presentation (12 minutes)
Single presentations are individual oral contributions addressing original research, applied practice, or theoretical developments. Each presentation is allocated 12 minutes, followed by a brief discussion.
Poster
Poster presentations provide an opportunity to present research or applied work in a visual and interactive format. Posters will be displayed during dedicated sessions, allowing for direct discussion with participants.
Workshop (60 minutes)
Workshops are interactive sessions focused on practical skills, applied knowledge, or professional development. Each workshop is allocated 60 minutes and should actively engage participants.
Panel Discussion (60 minutes)
Panel discussions bring together experts or stakeholders to explore a relevant topic from multiple perspectives. Sessions are 60 minutes and typically include moderated discussion and audience interaction.
Abstract Guidelines
All abstracts must be submitted in English using the official conference template.
Maximum length: 300-400 words

Use standard abbreviations only

Ensure the abstract is proofread and grammatically correct
Authorship
A maximum of 3 submissions per presenting author is allowed
The presenting author must be clearly identified
All authors must be listed with their institutional affiliations
Important Notes
Submissions must follow the official template
Abstracts not complying with the guidelines may be returned for revision or rejected
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign the final presentation format

The Young Researcher Award will be granted to the top three contributions from early-career researchers:

All awards will be evaluated by members of the Scientific Committee, based on scientific quality, originality, and presentation.
From Presentation to Publication
The conference is designed to support the dissemination of high-quality research beyond the event.
Selected contributions presented at the conference (including oral presentations, symposia, and posters) may be invited to submit full manuscripts for post-conference publication opportunities.
Special Issue
A Special Issue associated with the conference will be developed in collaboration with the International Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology.
Invitations will be extended to authors of high-quality and impactful contributions, as identified by the Scientific Committee.
Fast-Track Opportunity
Award winners and selected top-rated presentations may benefit from a fast-track review process, supporting the timely dissemination of their work.
All submissions will follow the journal’s standard peer-review procedures.

Invitation to submit does not guarantee publication. All manuscripts will be subject to independent peer review in accordance with international scientific standards.
